I have supported neurodivergent people for over a decade by training their families and caregivers to approach interactions with empathy and understanding. During COVID-19, I reviewed Medicaid-funded Waiver budget requests to ensure that emergent needs were met. I knew the stakes and I did my job with integrity. What drains others is what I do well: pay attention and say what I see. I read situations and respond with precision. I am eager to bring my expertise to AI training and RLHF work.
