We provide participants with two ways to message a researcher. This works great if you need to contact the researcher about an issue you experienced in the study, want them to reverse a rejection, or pay you for timed out study. Researchers may also utilize the conversations area to let you know about a follow-up study they have launched they would like you to take.
How to Message a Researcher from the Conversations Center
1. Navigate to the Conversations Center.
2. Select to Compose a new message.
3. Input the Researcher ID as the recipient and enter the message you would like to send.
4. To send, select the paper airplane button.
You can find all previously sent messages and replies from researchers in the Conversations Center as well.
To locate previously sent messages select the “Sent” button seen below.
All replies and new messages from researchers will be available in the Inbox area seen below.
How to Message a Researcher from the Project History Area
1. Navigate to the Project History area.
2. Locate the study in question and select the “Contact” button.
3. A message box will appear with the Researcher’s ID automatically in the recipient section. Input the message you would like to send and select the paper airplane to send.
