When attempting to sign into Connect, you may end up reaching a loading page that seems to never stop. It will look something like the following which has the login-failed status in the URL.
This will occur if the device you are using is running in the incorrect time or time zone. You will want to go to your device’s settings and make sure the set time and time zone are correct. Once making an update, please try signing into your Connect account again.
