Good Standing
Your account is active and eligible to be matched with projects. Most participants on Connect are in good standing.

Restricted
Your account is not currently being prioritized for new projects. You can still log in, and you may occasionally qualify for a project, but you should expect to see few or no projects on your dashboard.

Staying in good standing
Connect continuously evaluates the quality and consistency of participation across the platform. The best way to keep your account in good standing is the same as it has always been:

• Read instructions carefully and answer thoughtfully
• Complete the projects you start, and finish them before they time out
• Keep your “About You” profile accurate and up to date
• Respond in your own words — AI-generated responses are detected and will affect your standing

About restricted accounts
We’re not able to share the details of how individual accounts are evaluated, or provide a timeline or steps for a change in standing. Support cannot review individual accounts or provide more information beyond what’s shown on your dashboard.
