Your Quality Score reflects the overall quality and consistency of your participation on Connect. It determines your Priority Access — how early you're offered available projects.
Priority Access tiers
Your score places you in one of five tiers:
- Preferred — highest priority; you're first in line for available projects.
- Standard — moderate priority.
- Limited — reduced priority.
- Recovery — minimal priority.
- Restricted — not currently prioritized for projects. You can still log in, and you may occasionally be eligible for a project. Completing projects successfully helps raise your score over time and can move you into a higher tier.
What Affects Your Quality Score
Raises your score
- Getting your submitted work approved
- Completing projects successfully and consistently over time
- Keeping your "About You" profile up to date
Lowers your score
- Having submitted work rejected
- Letting assignments time out
- AI-detected responses
- Having your submissions or conversations flagged for quality
- Failing a screener
- Holding multiple rarely-qualifying screening criteria
How to improve your score
The most reliable way to raise your score is steady, quality participation over time: complete the projects you're eligible for, submit careful work, and avoid returns and rejections. Scores update as your activity is recorded, so improvement is gradual rather than immediate.
