You may have completed a survey but timed out before you were able to submit or accidentally hit the Return button, resulting in your participation not counting. The Timed Out or Returned study then appears in the Returned section of your project history area. Timed Out or Returned projects do not affect your quality score. However, because your participation did not count, there is no way for a researcher to approve you for payment. If you were timed out or accidentally returned a project, but know you completed the survey, you will need to contact the researcher to see if they can bonus you.
